Our Refund and Cancellations Policy
At BPI India, we strive to deliver high-quality educational products and services. Before placing an order, we request customers to carefully review the product details, descriptions, and specifications.
No Refund Policy
All purchases made on the BPI India website are final and non-refundable. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed
In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with order details and photographic proof.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch, during transit we can not cancel your order. On receiving a cancellation request, the admin will allow it and process your refund within 1 hour.
Our team will review the request and provide assistance where applicable.
